Used ski boots under 100 flex: beginner and comfort-boot values

Softer used ski boots depreciate quickly because fit and liner condition matter more than brand cachet. They can still be good buys for lighter or newer skiers.

Prioritize shell fit and liner condition. A cheap soft boot with a packed-out liner will feel worse than a slightly older boot that fits correctly.
